Club Workouts

Upcoming Club Workouts!

  • Thursday Track workout – 6:30 PM at UNCW Track.  Open to all levels, be prepared with some water.  We usually meet at the bleachers, come on over and say hi!  All skill levels welcome!

 

  • Saturdays swim/bike – run optional – 6:30 AM at the parking lot across from Wings on Wrightsville Beach.  This is typically a shorter swim (500 to 1000 meters) in the channel followed by a bike consisting of loops at Wrightsville Beach.  Run after if you’re up for it!  All levels welcome!

 

  • Sunday swim/bike – 7 am at the parking lot across from Wings.  Typically longer swim days of 1500 to 2000 meters.  Bike typically 18-25 miles or longer.  Moderate to advanced workout.
